(Taller Fuercar Matorral and Tropic Rent a Car), in order to control the quality and manage and maintain the relationship arising from the contract for the provision of workshop services, thus complying with Law 58/2003, of 17 December, general tax, and Civil Code, Royal Decree of 24 July 1889. In order to comply with the legal requirements derived from the provision of the contracted service, your personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except competent authorities, and will be kept for the duration of the legal obligations and possible responsibilities derived from the provision of the service or execution of the contract. The possible communications of data and their purposes are those indicated below:

(II) Control of the quality of the service.

The vehicles are equipped with a geolocation system aimed at providing Users with the necessary and relevant information regarding the provision of services.

The geolocation system integrated in the vehicle cannot be disconnected as it is necessary for the effective provision of the services, as well as for security reasons and to avoid illicit activities related to the vehicle.

In this sense, the geolocation device will allow Tropic Maxorata S.L. to access the information in order to:

(i) manage the contractual relationship with the User for the contracting of products from Taller Fuercar Matorral and Tropic Rent a Car;
(ii) control, ensure and claim problems, incidents or illegal activities arising from users; and
(iii) to prepare internal reports and analyses to improve Tropic Maxorata S.L.’s products; all in accordance with the above.
You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as well as exercise the rights that the Law recognises of access, suppression and rectification of your data, as well as the limitation or opposition to its processing by sending us an e-mail to the following address: info@tallerfuercar.es, or by sending a written request to: C/ Trillo 59, nave 27. Polígono industrial el Matorral, Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, indicating in all cases the Reference: ‘Tropic Maxorata S.L./Protección de datos’ and enclosing a document that accredits your identity, such as a copy of your ID card. We also undertake to comply with the obligation of secrecy of personal data and the duty to keep them and adopt the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised processing, loss or destruction.
